Good points:
It's in a fantastic location. It's a short walk from the city centre/nearest station, there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the park is directly across the road.
It's relatively cheap for the area (though see below).
Bad points:
The lift only allows one person at a time. I appreciate it's an older building but it does slow down the process of arriving/leaving with luggage.
The rooms could be a bit cleaner. There were some stains on the dining table and bathroom wall - they looked like bright coloured ink.
The walls between apartments are paper thin! Even a standard conversation can be heard in the next room, and pray your neighbours aren't playing loud music.
Other points:
There's an onsite spa that we didn't use so can't comment on.
The reception is only staffed 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday. Outside those hours you need to call a number provided on the door. This wasn't a huge inconvenience, but did give us a bit of a delay checking out.
