The room is quite good for one person you have space enough, the receptionist it was very gentle and accommodate....but the room are miss same courtesy like tooth brush, tooth paste, shower cup, hair brush.

Amazing hotel at perfect location. It's just the perfect location for Frankfurt not busy and crowded, but just a few minutes away from the busiest area. The room was very nice and clean and really spacious. Staff was amazing and friendly and really tried hard to meet every request and make the stay even more pleasant. All recommendations for this place. Will be back.

Loved this very fine hotel with an adorable sense for details. Very nice staff, very helpful. Only the WiFi in my room didn’t make me happy… but I will return definitely.

Clean and good location with free parking, but no good service at the moment, and the elevator is extremely small. The hotel is suitable for solotraveller or for business purposes.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for a comparable price. Lucky to be rated 3 stars. Soft pillows, small rooms. Noise from neighbouring patrons through paper thin walls. Cleaning staff making noise early so no chance of a sleep in. Locale is great. Breakfast was good value. Friendly staff

Good hotel.
Staff is professional though unfriendly.

The receptionist tried to overcharge me when I asked to extend my stay, so I didn't do. (I could extend online for 40 EUR less than the price I was asked to pay on site.

The hotel itself is ok and clean but it has some unusual policies that have you pay for services that are usually free in other hotels. For example, bed sheets are changed every 3 days and you are supposed to pay 10 EUR per day if you want to have them changed daily. You can also "borrow" an umbrella for 3 EUR.
