First time order at your restaurant. I’m not certain how you can call your food Indian. We had very classic chicken tikka masala and Instead of tomato based sauce we had beets? Likely there was some tomatoes, but the sauce was mostly blended root vegetables. It tasted like carrots and beets. The color was certainly beet color. On the bright side your food was not as sweet as every other restaurant in Frankfurt. We used Lieferando for delivery. It was fast enough, no complaints there. However please make blended tomato sauce for your tikka masala.

Please double check the menu price before going to the restaurant. They advertise a reasonable price on Google and in front of the restaurant, but the menu price is extremely high once you enter. The food is of average quality and quantity is very less.

Great Chicken Vindaloo! It was really spacy (extra scharf) and I absolutely love it. Well cooked because you can still sense other spices which gives you exceptional taste in mouth.

We have ordered food @7:15pm via lieferando.de, it's now 21:45 - no food. I've called the place @8:44 to learn that they have problem with their system, they haven't prepared the food at all. They promised me to send the food asap. I've called @9:11 and they told me that the driver is on the way ... the ride is 10min to our place. The manager refuses to talk to me on the phone. This is a total family disaster on a saturday night. four crying kids asking when the food will come.

I know that things can go wrong on a busy night, but if so, please be open in communication and help as promised.

Catastrophic disaster management. Can't recommend to order online from them.

Disastrous and pathetic !!! Stay away from the bunch of arrogant and unapologetic people. We ordered food and it showed 45 min on Lieferando. When the food didn’t arrived in 45 min and I called the restaurant, I was told that order has left the kitchen and will arrive any minute. Another 30 minutes pass and I again called, same person picked up from other side, and said he will check and call back in a minute. Another 30 minutes passed, I called them again and same person picked and instead of being apologetic, he said we have a rush hour and your order is on its way and just HUNG UP !! Seriously? Btw, my order hasnt arrived yet, kids are about to go to sleep and totally disappointed.

Stay away from this restaurant, its my worst experience.
I wish there was a way to rate then Negative Stars... they dont even deserve a zero.

Waiting nearly 3 HOURS FOR A DELIVERY!!! My children are starving and the restaurant won't admit they have made a mistake. NIE WIEDER!!!
