I wished, I had done my research on Google before, because my experience was fully in line with all reviews posted here:
Imagine you are planning to make an investment in a “decent” coffee machine, one that costs 3k+ incl. accessories... and after a first (brief) consultation at a “dealer” you return two weeks later, and the guys are too busy to talk to you... you order two coffees and ask whether the $2.5k “Rocket” espresso machine was on stock... you receive your two (cold) coffees, and ask for advice on grinders... but the “store man” prefers chatting with his “buddies”... you ask for help again, and after a while decide to ask for the check, explaining that you had actually intended to spend material money on equipment... and the “guy” charges you 5,60 for two coffees... no regret, no invite, not a single try to win a client - congrats, well done!
So glad I left the store without wasting more money than 5,6 on two coffees - went to a REAL “Rocket” dealer instead, and happily spent my money there... with an amazing customer experience!
