After seeing how 3 orders went out before ours we enquired and they told us it was coming. When we asked again for the third missing waffle after 10 more minutes, a guy came from inside shouting at us saying that vegan waffles take longer. I think his point was making us realise that it is our fault, not his for taking 45 minutes. If you go for the vegan option, be ready for waiting longer and (maybe) a bit more rude treatment that one would expect as a client. At least the quality is good.
