Bad service. First, i booked a bed 150cm according to booking and there were 2 individual beds, not comfortable. Then one of the guys from reception was pretty rude when my partner came to stay and he said he will need to give us en extra room!! I explained I already told them and that my bedroom had two rooms. Finally we got charged 30 extra euros per night but it was difficult. Bedroom small, toilet ok. Breakfast super basic and they don't have a bar, but the reception is where you can get some drinks. I wouldn't go back because there are other places with much better quality for the same price.

Decent room with an above-decent level of service. The staff were cheery and polite. It's a 15-minute walk from the main train station and 5-minutes to Skyline Mall. Will I stay there again... Yes!

booked here by the airline due to missed connections. quiet room with ok light and a comfortable bed. shower ok.

breakfast was better than I expected with eggs, pastries, coffee and fruit. friendly staff

For the price I am paying per night (u003cSG$100), I would give the hotel a 5 star. It is newly renovated, and equipped with all basic necessity in the room, including kettle coffee/tea and toiletries. Good for business travellers having a small luggage.

Overall, I will give it a 4 star, becos of the following reason:
1) Single room is a bit too small, I don’t have space for a medium size luggage.
2) when I checked in, the mineral water (€4) was opened and half-drank.
3) it’s about 10 mins walk from Frankfurt Main train station.

Overall, I give it a thumbs up for my experience.

Perfect location, easy to get to Messe, Hauptbahnhof and 2 min walk to skyline plaza. Room was clean, bedding was okay. Hot water runs extremely hot!!! 바로 옆에 한인슈퍼도 있어요 !

Room was too small for family of 3.
Couldn't have breakfast.
Close to train station
