Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Westend

We stayed at Adina Frankfurt for 2 nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location of the apartment was good, located just beside a big shopping mall and the shopping stretch and old town were within 20 minutes walk. The breakfast had a good spread. Parking was limited at the apartment but you can get parking conveniently at Skyline Shopping Center and the carpark is open 24 hours. Overall a pleasant stay and I would choose Adina again for future travels.

Please avoid staying at this hotel! There are plenty of hotels in the center of Frankfurt, and many of them are closer to the inner city. It takes about 15 minutes of walk from the main train station, through an unsavory neighborhood. For American tourists, I don't recommend walking there.
Also, we arrived around noon, and they demanded an additional 30 euros for checking in 2 hours early. Just think about this: They have rooms available, but they just want to make some additional money. They rather let you wait, unless you pay now. Corporate greed is the deciding factor, not customer service! An earlier reviewer complained about the same problem, and in his response the general manager of the hotel calls it a "common industry practice." This is nonsense - I have been in many hotels, and never paid an early check-in fee in my life. And by the way, this additional charge is not mentioned on the general booking sites. Coming from an international flight from the US West Coast, you normally arrive early in the day, and you booked the hotel in advance - this is not a pleasant experience at all!
I would also like to hear from the General Manager how he explains the fact that the breakfast costs 12 euros when you book it at check-in, but 19 euros the next morning. Another corporate practice that shows your disrespect for customers, in my opinion.
The front desk person is almost unresponsive and unfriendly, the manager is not much different. Not a very welcoming experience - stay away!

Superb hotel! The hotel is only a short walk from the Frankfurt Hbf and it is easy to walk, catch a cab or public transportation across the city. The bed is super comfy, the room clean and spacious - no problems!

Extremely dirty. Stains on the couch, dust everywhere, sticky tables. Half of the electrical appliances doesn't work. In general, the room is dirty, dark and depressing. The staff is absolutely indifferent to the customers, I didn't get a single smile during my stay.
You will be happy to leave this place.

Stayed here a few times now, very nice big rooms with all the amenities you neeed. Excellent prices and skyline plaza and David lloyds gym right next door, great location

It is what they say - feels like home away from home! Very quiet, very comfortable, very clean and very new. Staff are amazing.

Lovely rooms in this apartment hotel! Great location Close to the city centre, easy scooter / taxi ride into the main bits. Wish has all amenities you need to make it a great stay though as always, some instructions for the oven and electric hob would be much appreciated.

Safe parking under the building, not badly priced for the area but at €24 a day I'm glad the company was paying!

Lovely view from the window of the room I was in though I didn't get a picture. Staff friendly, though sometimes reception was horrendously slow. Just trying to get a receipt for the room took around 15 minutes and when checking into the hotel the 'systems were rebooting' so we were stupid around for 30 minutes with no compensation drink to make up for it.

Overall, great place to stay and very much recommended.
