If I could rate this a 0 stars I would. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional organization ever. I have never experience anything like this. I am very disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone any of their cruises. The whole costumer experience have been awful. I am in loss of words but for sure will spread awareness about my horrible experience on multiple social media platforms :)

Horrible customer service. Customer is literally begging an answer or feedback from RCI customer service. I have been following up with them since 18.11.2019 to get a feedback about a very simple issue without any feedback.
It seems the company only cares about Americans u0026 Europeans. Do not ever consider this company if you have other nationality. MSC Cruise Co. is much better.

Sehr moderne Schiffsflotte mit tollem Entertainment an Bord. Es wird nie langweilig da es für jeden Geschmack etwas zu tun gibt. Man sollte englisch sprechen sonst könnte es an manchen Stellen etwas anstrengend werden (Bordsprache ist englisch). Das Reisen mit kleinen Kindern ist unverhältnismäßig teuer. Das Personal ist in der Regel gut geschult und sehr freundlich.
