This hotel is showing its age. The air conditioning in the room was anemic, most everything looks worn out. The bed was fine, and the room quiet. The lobby and restaurant area reeks of cigarette smoke at all hours of the day and night due to the smoking area right outside it. The only variation is whether you can only smell it to the exclusion of nearly all else or whether you can also taste it and have it linger in your hair after you leave the breakfast area. Maybe it's better in the winter when they'd close the doors more often. Good view of the next door power generation facility. For the price, stay basically anywhere else unless this NH is within walking distance of your business destination and most other options are already booked.

Nice hotel in quite area. Away from the terrible area around the central station. Near the river. 15 min by Taxi to the center and 11 min to the airport . I paid only 7 € to Uber to go to The center u0026 shopping area at Zeil .
Breakfast was very good and the coffee as well.
Room was clean and nice , they offered tea and Espresso in the room for free.

We went to a concert so the location was great for us. Everything was good except there was only water boiler in the room, not coffee machine like we have had at other NH hotels. The service was super!

Stayed at the hotel in August 2022. Air-conditioner was not working. Generally, looks like the hotel rooms require renovation. Bathrooms are clean, good parking and nice breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

When we called them to ask about available rooms, we told them that we would be arriving late (23:00) and asked if we needed to book in advance or if it would be a problem with late checkin. They assured us that it was fine and we should just go there.
When we showed up they told us that we can in fact not book and should have done it before, whrn we said that they said to just show up they laughed and told us to check booking(dot)com.

Cozy bed and good service. But you should only go here of you have a car Imho. It's a bit off and mostly a business location.

Bartender/Waiters Hamid and Emin gave great service to my tour group during dinner. In addition, these two gentlemen gave me useful advice about the nightlife in the city. Their tips led to a wonderful finish to an already amazing vacation. Thanks again! NH Niederrad is handy for business travelers who want a more quiet location in the evening hours.
