This hotel does the job. We were in Frankfurt to take care of some business and found the check in process to be easy and efficient. We liked the front desk person who seemed to be in charge. He gave us a top floor room which had a decent view. The breakfast was not included but the room rates were competitive enough to make up for that. Would stay again. Thanks.

This hotel was a stop-over during a long drive. We got the family room. It was a nice space. And Thomas at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how welcoming the hotel is to pets. And some nice restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend staying here.

Nice staff, even when arriving around 1.40am they are very helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. Including the bathroom. Everything is there. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice transit hotel.

Had an issue where we needed to quickly print important documents, reception was super helpful and friendly. Saved our day and refused to take tip -u003e 5 stars for service.
