The staff were nice, but I don't like not being able to test by myself. Perfume smells different on the skin so if I like something I'd like to spray it on my wrist to see if it works for me. Otherwise the selection is great!

I came in just to smell a couple fragrances, since I’m on holiday close to Frankfurt. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle because I can’t take it on the plane with me, I was treated beautifully and tested 9 different scents with no problem whatsoever.

I’d give zero stars if I could.

One of my worst customer experiences in Frankfurt so far. Rude staff that has no clue about fragrances and perfumes, you’re better off at an airport duty free or buy online in case you know what you’re looking for.

Agree with the rest of the reviews, the staff is here is super arrogant and unfriendly. It's a pity, as they have a lot of niche fragrances, but I am looking for other stores, where you can get some decent service.

The Montale "Dream Oud" is fake and I paid 126€ for it. The bottle was not full although the package was sealed. This was a scam and the manager didn't even bother to come talk to me. The costumer service from a young girl with dark brown hair was rude and had no experience whatsoever on selling. She was accusing me and made sure that her point was right and U was wrong. The client is a King. Everywhere I go I spend 1000's on perfumes and was always treated as a Queen. But this lil unexperienced sales associate made sure to make me feel like I was nothing. They lost me as a client and a lot of my friends that I keep sending them from Dubai also and all over the world. This happened on the 12th of November 2019. Merchandise is FAKE!!!

Very expensive. Even with the 10% discount I ended up paying double the price of the perfume than in many other places or online. When I asked the sales person about it afterwards he said with a smile "Sorry I only know our prices".

Update: I went back to the store, I just couldn't understand how it can cost more than anywhere else with the 10% discount, they wouldn't take it back and give me a refund. I'm very disappointed with their service and prices.
