Ordered a ‘Frozen’ Dunkin latte and was handed luke warm coffee flavored thick cream. please get better training. Quality shouldn’t suffer because it’s busy.

got an iced coffee this morning
... i found three dead ants in it - there were probably more, that's just the ones i found during the first few sips until i threw the rest away
(couldn't go back to tell the worker in person cause i had to get to work myself)

I ordered an iced americano and what I received was for 1st is A HOT AMERICANO ! Then I told her my order is iced Americano then she gave me an iced latte :)!

All 6 pieces donut, i have bought every piece not fresh. The quality is drooping every single day. Very disappointed, not recommended ????

As French, we don’t have the opportunity to eat a donut at dunkin donuts so I really enjoyed my blue donut and my smoothie.
