Visited on 20th April (evening) with my brother. Terrible customer service from sales lady Monica. Shoes are not something that fit in a try or two and you need two or three different tries. When I requested different sizes, Sales lady did not like this and made her displeasure known by slamming shoe boxes on the table. From the moment we entered the store, the sales lady made us feel that we were not welcome in the store. I have been buying ECCO for 10+ years in Germany as my shoe sizes are not easily available in India. Walked out of the ECCO store that day and went to Lloyds.

Terrible attitude for a sales person. Won't be buying ECCO again if this is how the sales team is.
