Miserables Parkhaus. Schlecht ausgeschilderte Ausgänge, nicht ansatzweise Rollstuhl oder kinderwagengerecht. Im 2. UG findet man mit Glück einen Weg zu einem Aufzug, der in einem Wohnhaus endet. In der Ecke will ich zu keiner Tageszeit alleine unterwegs sein (kleine Baustelle, Beleuchtung, Beschilderung, ...).
Die Wege sind super eng, wovon die zahlreichen Lackspuren an den Wänden und Pfeilern zeugen.
Und das alles bei 2€/h, wobei man die erste Viertelstunde nach einem Parkplatz sucht und versucht, sein Auto nicht zu zerkratzen.
Diese Erfahrung haben alleine an dem Tag mehrere Familien geteilt, die den gleichen Fehler begingen, dieses Parkhaus zu wählen.

Insgesamt: Wenn ihr mit einem Kombi und/oder Kinderwagen unterwegs seid und zum Zoo wollt, sucht euch ein anderes Parkhaus.

Drecks Parkhaus. Wollte eben meine Frau von der Spätschicht abholen, aber die Schranke bei BEIDEN Ausfahrten ist defekt/funktioniert nicht richtig (nicht nur ich hatte das Problem sondern 3 Leute bei der Einfahrt und zwei weitere bei der Ausfahrt). Habe den Knopf an der Schranke gedrückt und selbst nach über 30 Minuten kam kein Supportmitarbeiter. Habe zudem auch die Rufnummer auf meiner APCOA Kundenkarte angerufen und diese meinten man muss den Knopf an der Schranke betätigen nur die Mitarbeiter dort können die Schranke manuell öffnen lassen.

Generell ist das Parkhaus überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Total überfüllt. Parkplätze meiner Meinung ziemlich eng beieinander, dunkel und schlecht ausgeschildert. Zudem riecht das Parkhaus nach Urin und selbst wenn es mal nicht nach Urin riecht, dann riecht es nach Gras, weil sich viele Jugendliche dort zum Kiffen verabreden.

Leider gibt's für mich kein anderes Parkhaus in der Nähe, nur aus diesem Grund bin ich Kunde.
