Really nice vibe at this hotel. I love the party bar atmosphere. Seems to be a lively happy time anytime of the day.
The hotel is located near good transport links to get around Frankfurt, it does also have a car park which is convenient.
Getting around Frankfurt was easy from this base point.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and had very good local knowledge.
Highly recommend.

Hello friends, the Moxy Hotel is located close to the city center of Frankfurt. The hotel has a very young and pleasant atmosphere. At the entrance to the hotel there is a cafe and a dining room with designed and quiet seating areas. The rooms in the hotel are a bit small, but they are decorated very clean and polished. The breakfast is delicious, very rich and varied. There is free underground parking and additional parking near the hotel. I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart. We booked this hotel because of the car charger, but none of them is working. Staff offers no alternative and is not cooperative in thinking of a solution. They even pulled the plug we used to charge the car through a normal socket. :( hotel is very nice but won’t come back because of their staff.

Lovely clean hotel! Comfortable bed and the streerlt is quite. Corrie, who works in the hotel bar/ reception was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I thought this place was a little too expensive for what you actually get: The rooms are quite minimalistic with bare beton walls, my remote was broken and without a phone on the room I had to fiddle forever to turn off the TV manually, there is no water included with the room, only one type of pillow available and the atmosphere during breakfast is not very cosy. However, the lobby is quite cool and the MUK shampoo and soaps are awesome.

On surface it's ok but has a lot of annoying things, eg.
"Storage"consists of 2 wire coat hangers.
AC controller in the room that can't be used.
Missing any towel drying space.
Missing any typical tea/coffee/water setup.
Missing any typical note about things, access cards says you should install their app.
We've been asked to provide private address for rooms booked by company.
"Wet bathroom" isn't actually waterproof in any way and is full of things you have to keep dry. Also floor isn't angled so water just goes everywhere.l and evaporates into the room becouse bathroom doesn't have an extractor.

All in all huge disappointment, luckily it was just couple nights.

Service here is wack. Two people working the evenings, serving people, checking people in, putting food in the merry chef and serving it to customers. One guy was literally checking somebody in, then taking frozen chips out of the freezer behind the bar to put in the merrychef oven for another customer, whilst pouring pints and trying to check somebody in whilst the queue of punters looked on tapping their feet. It’s a joke of a hotel which I would personally avoid at all costs. The breakfast is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced too.
