was shopping in the supermarket and tried goyzau0026udon，waitress was very friendly and patient，but fried goyza was wet and soft，tempura also a bit wet not fresh made ones，the rest in fridge looks not that fresh...only stars for the friendly service.

Great place! I had delicious chicken udon for very reasonable price. The workers are all Japanese. On the dumplings is peanut sauce. They have small sushi to take away as well, which are a bit expensive, so I didn't try it.
Will definitely come back again.

One lady working there gave me and my friend the wrong kakiage/fritters. I asked for veggie kakiage and she gave us the one with seafood. We didn't realize it until we took a bite. Thankfully my friend didn't have any bad allergic shock from it. It could be dangerous to some people.

Miso soup is rather okay, the gyoza could use some more seasonings for the filling and the ramen noodle is not exactly what I was waiting for.

Authethic japanese food and delicious ramen. It located directly in kauhof on the lowest ground. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

Fast service. The udon has a really good texture. But the soup base is not hot (it’s just warm) enough for me as an asian, which is understandable as germans prefer soup to be warm instead of hot in general.

Visited the restaurant every time when I am in Düsseldorf, so glad they also opened here in Frankfurt. Very delicious as always.

A true Japanese ramen bar hides inside a commercial center in Frankfurt. This Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor right in the middle of the supermarket in Galeria Kaufhof. The restaurant is quite small, you can eat at the bar, at the table or have your takeaway meal. The service is very quick and the waitress can speak English very well. Don't be afraid if you do not speak any German. What I like about Maruyasu is the price, it is surprisingly affordable to eat Japanese comfort foods. I had beef yakiniku ramen and a cup of green tea, it only costs me 11.50€ .
