This is a beautiful rooftop lounge in Frankfurt central. It's beautifully located with best view of skyscraper.
I loved being here and here is my rating:

The staff at Galeria Restaurant (Hauptwache) were really helpful - we turned up with a large group of young people on Friday evening, looking for somewhere to eat and they not only accommodated us, but also gave us a group discount on specific dishes. The chefs worked hard to get all the food prepared quickly for us, and it was all delicious. We’ll definitely come back to eat here if we visit Frankfurt again!

Enjoyed an excellent break right in the center. Nice seats inside and outside. Much choice of different foods - we had an excellent salad bar.

This is the place I'll always bring people who are visiting Frankfurt to. It is not because of the food, which by the way is not bad but not exciting. The main attraction is the beautiful panoramic view of the city from the terrace. You can see most of the landmarks such as ECB, the Dom, Henninger-Turm, the high-rises in the financial district, etc.
Though you may just come for the view and are not obliged to eat or drink here. They adopt a paying card system here. When entering this floor, you will be given a plastic card which is to be used to record what you have ordered at the few self-service eateries. You pay at the check out counter when leaving the place. It may be awkward to return an unused card though you have every right to do so.
The place has been renovated recently (as if Aug 2022) and looks more upscale and modern than before. Apparently they have put less tables now and the sitting places are more spacious.

cafe on the top floor of the department store, Leonhard’s. A buffet style area with a range of amazing foods that can be prepared freshly for you. Meats and veg, pasta, pizza, salads, baked goods and desserts. Drinks are available too. The view is superb and you can sit inside or out.
