Beautiful fountain with the old Opera as backdrop. Nothing special on its own, but in the context of the square and its surroundings, it’s quite cool.

The fountain is nothing special in and by itself and I don't think too many people will care about it. It can play a very nice supporting role to enhance the ambience of the surrounding area and attractions like the Old Opera House, Opernturm or the skyscrapers in the financial district.

The fountain is nice, and it enriches the whole area. It is nice ti seat here and relax during the day, but also at night. This fountain has also become my favourite meeting point: if I am early I can seat and enjoy the view, if I am late I know my friends will relax waiting for me :)
I think the fountain is working 15.april-15.november during the year.
