The club itself is ok, the music and the ambience is cool despite being incredibly small and always overcrowded, but the staff is the most unfriendly you can ever find. We were once rejected despite being dressed up in shirts and told that they’re attempting to build a “high-end club” thus we were not welcomed. I understand being a bouncer can be stressful at times, but the arrogance I have seen here is unmatched. We managed to get into this high-end club a second time and I had the bartender messing up my drinks order twice. After politely pointing out that my order was different from what he was preparing, he threw the drinks away and literally told me to go away (to say the least). He refused to speak to me, then my friend offered to pay for those drinks he had thrown away, and order some others, but this guy told him to go too. So, based on my experience, I do not recommend this place at all.

The bouncer was the rudest/most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. He did not let us in for looking “sporty” meanwhile the men were dressed in tight jeans and white T-shirts with name brand sneakers which is not considered sporty???? I pointed that out. They want this place to be upscale but the reality is that it might be upscale for Frankfurt but not for the world. We are from New York/ MIAMI and have been to many high end places, and while they can keep trying, this place gets zero stars for the lack of class that the employees have. If they want to have a private list that’s a different story, but they probably don’t even know that either. Save yourself from this place. They aren’t worth it.

Rudest bar manager . Escape. After going there 2 days in a row and spending money on round of drinks, he refused me a glass of tap water and been very arrogant. Place like this should better select and train their staff. Not a cool place sorry. More for cheesy people

Staff are shockingly rude and arrogant. We were a group of 4 who ordered a bottle with mixers etc. Although there were tables free and not reserved, they point blank refused to allow us to stand there because we hadn’t quite "spent enough".

It’s a narrow space close to the bar therefore people naturally stood at these tables. When we questioned why others weren’t being moved from this space (who also hadn’t reserved or “spent enough”), they couldn’t provide any reasonable explanation and refused to even try to accommodate any suggestions, e.g. moving when the table gets reserved.

They made us stand with the massive bucket at the corner of the bar - they would not allow us to go anywhere else - a terrible idea since it was a busy bar and people were trying to order here. In the end, no surprise that our drinks got knocked off the bar by people queuing here.

When we asked if we could at least get these drinks replaced, the bar manager point blank refused.

Seriously take your hard earned cash elsewhere!

I heard they can be specific who they let into this club. I talked my way in and enjoyed one of the best late night spots in Frankfurt. The wine was really good here, didn't have any mixed drinks, so can't say, but a good space for club like dancing. Small spaces get tight.

Nice place for brunch, amazing food, loud place because of the surroundings directly in the city center so u get this Mainnhatten kind of spirit..
