One star for the atmosphere. Meat was dry and crunchy and tasted as if it were warmed up from yesterday's remnants, no draft beer and extremely long waiting time due to slow kitchen.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else nearby.

Delicious German traditional food and Afwelwein. Friendly stuff. There is indoor and outside area where to sit and enjoy the meal.

I spent a great evening with some dear friends drinking a ton of that cider. The food was very good, way better than many other joints on the more commercial side of Frankfurt.

Very good "Apfelwein", very cozy place. Make sure to have a reservation and not to be in a rush. It's usually packed and might take a little bit longer. Just enjoy yourself. Oh and the staff is very friendly - maybe not always on point but hey, this is not a 5 star restaurant. Just relax and enjoy!

One of my favourite places when i want to enjoy some typical German foods. I always have a nice time there. I like the service, the foods, also the way they decorated. A little bit vintage.

Authentic German dining experience! Wonderful ambience, food, service and of course, apfelwein! Ended up here because another German restaurant nearby rudely claimed they were full. Grateful they were so we could experience this place!
