A really nice spot to enjoy quality German food with a Frankfurt flair. The Frankfurt Schniztel (with the local Grüner sauce) was well prepared and tasty. Of course you should enjoy the with their delicious Apfelwein, but there is also a range of beers and soft drinks to choose from too.

The staff a fun and have really good energy. English is no problem menu-wise or ordering-wise.

There's plenty of outdoor seating under the shade of some large trees. On this summery Wednesday evening you'd need a reservation to sit there, but inside is also comfortable and somewhat charming.

Overall a great spot to enjoy some local specialities!

Wonderful place! Excellent service from friendly staff. The food was amazing, especially their Grüne Soße and their meat platter. We also enjoyed the Apfelwein very much.

Quaint Kneipe atmosphere and nice Biergarten. Super recommended!

The Veganes Schnitzel have a store-bought look but is actually delicious. Great service, and wonderful atmosphere. Will come again!

Food and price deserve five stars, I got the bratwursten with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. It was really good and the prices were very fair, being also so close to the city center.

I took away a star because while the waitress who served me was really nice, her "more experienced" collegue was incredibly rude.
I went to pay and she was all smiles, when it was time to type the final amount in the pos terminal she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I asked her around how much was normal to give here since I've been traveling a lot and everywhere has different amounts. I usually get a polite and fair response. She just kept asking how nuch I wanted to give. I thought she just didn't understand my question so I explained that we don't tip where I'm from so I didn't know how much was fair and that's why I was asking her. She just went "oh, so nothing. Okay" and put in the original amount before I could say anything. I thought okay whatever so said thank you getting back my card and then again thank you and goodbye. She didn't even answer me, just muttered something and turned away. If that's how you treat a client just because they didn't tip you (and I wanted to because everything was so good) then I'm glad I did not tip you. Sorry for your nice collegues though.

Restaurant is abit busy at wed 6-7pm. But the staff still very patient and friendly. Food are very good!

A nice local restaurant that serves food very typical to the region. The dish that I had was super tasty so no complaints. The outside area was super crowded on a warm summer night... even during the week! I liked the vibrant atmosphere but bare in mind that this place is super touristy and the noise levels can become a little too much.

Classic schnitzel dish with roast potatoes and delicious apple sauce, as you only find in Frankfurt. I liked that sauce, compliments the meat well. And the restaurant location is wonderful, it has outdoor seating if weather permits to enjoy a cold beer. Try it and you will not be sorry as it is affordable price.
