The rooms aren't the most spacious and there are no accessible rooms as I got told. But otherwise it is a good hotel with the basic features such as breakfast and room service. It is well located and it just takes you about 15 minutes to the city centre by bus or subway, while stops are not even 5 mins walking time from the hotel.

The room was clean. In the bathroom you could hear everything from neighbour room's bathroom. The room card had to be updated every day by reception employees due to "some" malfunction.
It is very important which employee is working at the reception - some are nice and helpful instead of the others.

Nice location and receptionists (very friendly). Unfortunately I had my glasses stolen/taken (maybe by the cleaning staff) while I was outside my room in my stay last month there. Tried to contact IBIS but my glasses were "never found". Be careful with your belongings.

We stayed here for 3 nights
Room was small.
It wasn't cleaned every day
The breakfast was standard
The location is good, near bus stop and station.

Quite basic but friendly and helpful staff, location is great, price is also ok
Variety of buses and underground metro very close by for easy access into town.
