I walked 35 min to reach this gym to ask the lady for one day member ship , she refused I asked her to give to contact the manager she refused, even I was talking English to her and she told me she doesn’t speaks English ، it’s the worst customer service I ever been at.

Ich würde mir das Studio gerne mal anschauen und ein Probetraining machen. Leider ist das bei Euch nicht möglich, da es nur 2 Wochen Probetraining gibt, bei dem man sofort einen Vertrag abschließen muss und die ersten drei Monate auch zusammen bezahlen soll.

Habe ich das richtig verstanden? Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen und andere interessierte Kunden sicherlich auch.

Neu ausgestattet und auf den fast neuesten Stand gebracht - allerdings leider seit Monaten nicht ganz fertig heißt das Studio jetzt nicht mehr City Fitness sondern etwas geschwollener : MyGym - Prime Fitnessstudio.....Aber das Personal ist zu großen Teil geblieben und nach wie vor ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Nur die Duschen können auch die nicht reparieren.... Wandhaltegriffe wären dort auch sehr angebracht. Dies wäre dann auch Standard und Stand der Technik für Gemeinschaftsduschen. Ansonsten macht aber wirklich Spaß dort zu trainieren.
