I enjoyed my stay here during my solo trip. The location was perfect. However, I feel they should add more food varieties for breakfast. But regardless it was a good stay.

I'll start by saying the hospitality of the employees was fantastic. They helped in every way they could. The rooms left a lot to be desired though:
The top lock in our room would not work so only the handle lock engaged.
The drain in the sink did not allow as much water through as the faucet put in.
Biggest issue had to be the fact that we discovered that our shower had black mold on the ceiling. We tried to contact the hotel and Accor about this but with no response.

We arrived to the hotel together with 40-50 people after midnight because of cancelled flight. Even the late hour, everything went smoothly, and the very nice guy at the front desk (Adel), did everything to help us.
Thank you very much Adel, you are amazing!

After an overnight flight, being able to check in early was very much appreciated. Staff at reception gave us a room with a wonderful view of the Rhine, but he was concerned we'd be disturbed by the traffic noise. We assured him traffic noise would just be background to us, living next to a busy expressway.
The room itself was small, which we'd expected. All the usual conveniences were provided, so that was perfectly acceptable despite us struggling to step over our two backpacks. Everything was clean, although the window needs some dusting and polishing.
Short walk to the Hauptbahnhof but so glad we didn't book a hotel by the train station itself: the Ibis Centrum is quiet and the area definitely felt safer. A no-frills start to our Europe holiday, but a very welcoming and tranquil one.

We had a great overnight stay thanks to manager Adel, who helped us find last minute accommodation. The hotel had everything we needed and we definitely recommend. The facilities were clean and the location couldn’t be better.

I lost a Lufthansa flight and went to the Ibis hotel to have a 3 hour sleep before I went back to the airport. Very tired I booked a room at 6 o`clock AM and the concierge charged 190 euros for a room and I asked why because on the site the price was 85 euros. He answered very rude that this was the price he wanted and if I wasn´t fine with this I could leave and pointed the door. Due to my exhaustion I payed and asked for a receipt, he answered that he would send me the receipt via e mail. The receipt never came and I insisted via e mail, and until today I never got the receipt.

Ibis Frankfurt Centrum is quite fine but old hotel with good localisation in city center. Rooms are rather small, batroom is so small you can hardly fit your legs there. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Staff was very polite and helpfull. I would say too expensive for what it offers.
