Good location, far enough away from train station area. About 20 min walk to old town.
Good value for money, room on small side but if you are only there for a few days it is ok. Did have bath in bathroom and air conditioning but no kettle.

I chose single room for one person, it is a little bit small but suitable for one person.
The staff are kind and treat you with respect.
The room was clean, and room service was good.

I got a not cleaned room with beer bottles and dirt on the floor. I got an offer to have another room without air conditioning for the same money. In addition the service was not friendly at all

Good Location, friendly staff, quiet for the location, BUT: Spots (red) of questionable origin in bathroom. Greasy shampoo dispenser. No disinfectant dispensers to be found anywhere in the hotel. Worst of all, we had to sleep with the windows wide open because of some sort of heavy chemical stench in the room (21). We suspect a leak in either the fridge or the AC unit.

Very cozy and clean hotel, located in the heart of the city. Literally everything is in walking distance: shopping, clubs and the Rhein.

The parking is a bit messy, though.. it's incredibly narrow in the basement parking and it caused me bit of a problem.. other than that, I'd definitely recommend this place for a short city trip!

Very cozy, clean room. Quiet at night. Standard breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great in terms of easy access to the train station and short walking distance to major museums, good bars and a variety of restaurants.
