A staple that I’ve been going to for authentic German food for years. The prices are incredible for what you get in return and the beer is as cold as you could need. The staff are friendly and happy to help and the options are wide but equally delicious. They gave me a free schnapps after my meal and I left happy.

I went for German food and definitely got it. Traditionally furbished, nice tasting food with reasonable prices and also nice staff. The restaurant was not crowded at all on Saturday around 7pm. Very close to the river if you feel like going for a stroll afterwards.

This was pure German soul food in a typical environment. I had the typical "Gruene Sosse" which is basically potatoes, eggs and a cold sauce.

This was the best thing that happened to me for months.... simple, honest and so delicious.

The interior is absolutely traditional, means you will experience the real deal. I noticed some reviews mentioning rude staff... Well, I can only praise the polite service.

I'll definitely be back!

About as German a pub as I have ever visited. Friendly staff, great food and some amazing beer. Don't think I could ask for more really.

Menus were mutilingual coveing German, English, French, and spannish. I would for sure go again to try even more of their delicious food. Highly recommend anyone visiting frankfurt pays a visit.

It’s the very best German restaurant in all of Frankfurt and very close to the main train station. It’s been around forever for a very good reason!!

Real authentic German food. Very reasonable prices. Filling portions. Great service. English is spoken as well.

the best meal I’ve had in Germany. 10/10 recommend from all aspects - excellent food, excellent service, excellent location and excellent prices. It’s a must in Frankfurt!
