Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms have specious size. There are some rooms without AC but I request room with air condition prior to arrival and they availed that. Breakfast is 5 out of 5. Rooms are missing coffee / tea maker. One uncomfortable point is that they ask me to pay Breakfast in advance as it was not included in reservation which is not a good attitude. Also the swimming pool is so small and you should consider it rather a large jacuzzi. The hotel is not far from the city but still not close and with the repair work in the train rail it takes 20 to 25 mins walking and the train to reach the downtown.

found this hotel on the booking site. liked it. the room is clean and tidy, there was a cot, allowed to stay with a dog. daily cleaning is perfect. Many thanks to Johanna from the reception. She is an attentive and kind person.

Some issues with the air conditioning, they turn it off during spring (April) even when it's hot outside and opening the window is not an option due to all the flights. That being said, they provided the appropriate compensation, which is why this review is 5 stars.

I just hope they will either adjust their room features during those months or, even better, have air conditioning that works at all times.

Very noisy rooms! I’ve used the hotel for 1 night stay on my journey to Romania. I was coming from Calais after a very long day where I’ve been driving for over 8h. There’s a train track nearby and the ceiling is very thin and passes all noise from upstairs room. Simply poorly built. I had to wake up early morning to start my journey to Austria. I barely slept 5h …
Secondly, the car park is very difficult to access and very expensive. There’s no information on how to access the car park. When you’re arriving exhausted after a long journey you shouldn’t have to sort out an Indiana Jones puzzle to access the car park. Hotel is on a busy and narrow road and there’s no temporary parking available for guests who are checking in. Further more, the access to car park itself is very narrow and with poor visibility. It’s very easy to damage your car. The parking cost 19 EUR . This makes the cost of your stay much higher. Shouldn’t guests pay a discounted rate vs parking elsewhere in the city ? I strongly disagree with the price.
They had a good selection for the breakfast and good staff on site but I can’t recommend the hotel because of the noise and parking issues.

room was spacious but poorly equipped. for starters there was no airconditioning in the room. A fan was available in the room but obviously that doesn't help anything when, it's 30 degrees. Also no coffee/tea facilities in the room. For 238€ including breakfast I clearly expect more. (and am used to getting more for this price/location)

We only stayed here for a quick night due to flight delay. The room assigned looked a bit old fashioned given how this hotel is rated and the carpet didn´t look quite clean. The staffs were welcoming and friendly even if there was a long queue of delayed passengers being transferring to this hotel . Due to the late night and there was no store opening nearby we purchased some snack from the reception. We were astonished to find that a single sparkling water costed 5 euro and other small snacks costed 2euro each. We were even more astonished to find that in the hotel room there was a price list where the 5 euro water was not stated but somehow listed as 3.5 or 4 in german. We asked the staff at the reception why there was difference in price, he mentioned that the list must have not been updated then.
Germany doesn't really strike us as a country with products of soaring price, nor as a country of dishonest. The price might be small but what was behind the difference made it worth thinking. We will be thinking twice next time of booking this hotel in case we were in Frankfurt again.

Good location near an office park, in quiet surroundings and within walking distance to public transport (trains and taxis). There is a good choice of supermarkets nearby
Limited dining options nearby, but public transport gets you to the city in 10 minutes. Hotel also has parking for a fee but there is free roadside parking if you can find a spot.

Very tidy hotel, the check in counter team were polite and helpful, and made my stay a plus. The bed in my room was comfortable with just the necessary amenities. The towels need replacement though as they were thinning.

I didn't use the fitness facilities nor the restaurants, but I will be back next time I'm in Frankfurt. Loved the experience so much I've booked my next stay at the Wiesbaden Dorint early in March. Looking forward to that stay.
