You get what you pay for! We needed a budget-friendly place next to the Hauptbahnhof on short notice, and picked this hotel after seeing scary reviews on several others. It's a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but we didn't run into any trouble. Hotel staff was extremely friendly u0026 helpful, on basis of customer service I would award 4-5 stars. The room was cramped (the bathroom sink is tiny even by Holland standards) but everything was clean u0026 worked well. However on and off we could smell cigarette smoke in our (non-smoking) room, presumably wafting in from the hallway. Additionally our sleep was continually disrupted by noise from the hallway: people talking, doors slamming, pipes rattling. The regular noise disruption was particularly frustrating because I'd expect that the hotel could solve this cheaply with some foam doorstops and acoustic panelling in the hallways to reduce the amount of echoing.

Location of the hotel didn't look so great but its near the train station 5 min walkable... Room was ok its was neat...

Extremely hot and noisy room. Mattress worn out and uneven. Very clean very simple room. Cheap

We have booked this hotel as it is just near to hauptbahnhof however the hotel locality was too worse, i don't think there is no one to service the rooms and room was too conjusted with no AC nor sufficient air.There is no shower gel replaced even though the bottle is empty.overall it's a worst experience of choosing this hotel.

Its near by Main train station 5 min walkable... But Location and the street are not good to see...

Decent rooms for the low prices for sure but horrible area of the city. Not the hotel's fault, but makes a big difference.
Also some staff are very nice and helpful, others much less so. One forgot to enter my booking in the system..

It's quite a good location, nice enough rooms and comfortable beds. Reasonably priced normally. Can be a bit cold in winter.
Still use keys for rooms so you have to pick them up at reception, so some worries about security of belongings. They have an easy to use safe in rooms but it's a bit small - only useful for money and passports.

They have rooms for smokers so you have to explicitly request a non smoking room so that it's not smelly.
