I have stayed at the Apollo Hotel for the Christmas Markets, at least 5 years in a row. You can't beat it for the value. The rooms are quite small, but functional. It's a no frills hotel for those who don't want to spend a lot of money. It's very close to the train station. The area isn't the best I've ever seen, but I felt completely safe at all times. I love staying here! Alex, who works 6 days a week at the reception desk, is extremely helpfull u0026 knowledgeable. They have a very good breakfast, too, that is included in the price. There are plenty of places around the area to eat. Can't wait to go back again!

Perfect for a one or two night stay! Dated, but super clean rooms. Located super close to the train station and nightlife. Excellent, friendly hosts!

This hotel cheats its customers.

We came with a baby and were put into a smokers room.
As we clarified that this is not acceptable, we were offered, after lengthy discussions, and aggressions by the hotel stuff ("you have entered the room, so you have to pay", claiming that we had been 20 minutes up there, though we came down immediately again, and so on), to get our money back. I had to catch the credit card of my wife, which the reception knew, and when I returned, nobody was there anymore, again the reception knewing that we have to leave early the next morning. Later phone calls revealed that they did not even think about undoing the transaction.

We have already initiated legal consequences. Please be aware of this hotel and expect nothing but the worst.

Good price, location is not the best (Bahnhofviertel) but we haven't experienced any problems. Kind and helpful staff, breakfast is worth for the price.

i like this place because they allow me check inn very early i came 7ocock but check time is 11oclock and good people breakfast also good .over all nice place easily available everything around.will come next time also
