1 Damis - a week ago
Firstly the hotel charged me for two rooms when I only booked one. They told me their was nothing they could do as it was a non refundable booking even when I proved I never had a second confirmation...
A great start.
Secondly I booked a room with a queen sized bed and that is definitely not what my room had. Cramped and a standard double bed with a tv at such a dumb angle it may as well not be there. I was told that queen size rooms were all taken even though I reserved.
The hotel also advertises massage therapy. I enquired and the person on reception said they did not know what I was talking about and ignored me when I tried to show they advertise it.
The mini bar was not cool so the drinks were lukewarm.
The shower didn't work well and sprayed water all over the bathroom.
Not impressed at all. The only good thing is the proximity to the station. Simply awful and I feel worse having stayed here for just a single night.
The WiFi is absolute rubbish. It would be faster to send carrier pigeons.
There is no chance I would stay again even if it was 1 euro.
