Surprisingly delightful hotel. We ended up booking a one night stay here after very minimal research, due to a cancelled connecting flight. The hotel is tidy and stylish, with very nice bathrooms. The breakfast is tasty (the soft boiled eggs are a highlight). But what really stands out is the cheerful, polite staff. Would highly recommend!

It was one of the nicest hotels I stayed in quite some time. I recently was in 3* hotels in Berlin and Utrecht (NL) and compared to them, Motel One looked like 4*. I would say that this hotel is upper 3*, the rooms are awesome for the price. Bathroom looked great and was clean. Hotel's staff was really friendly and polite too. I will stay again here for sure.

I like the place. Good atmosphere and lovely design especially in the lobby.
The people who work in the lounge are very polite and nice.
I go there during my trips to the Middle East.

Stopped over for flights early next morning…

Overcharged at checkin, kid on reception got a big hard-on arguing about the booking and receipt I clearly had printed and paid for. Made loads of problems for us.

We did not feel wanted or welcome at all, check in took 40 minutes while he gave monologues about himself and messed around on the computer and made life generally difficult for all around him. Self-centered little ***** who just wanted drama.

Evening bar staff brought wrong things repeatedly and very slowly… trying to force us to take higher price wine and beer instead of what we’d ordered ????

Rooms were small with no airflow.

Very stressful place to be. Don’t bother. So many alternatives around for airport. Glad it was just one short night ????

(Breakfast ladies were much friendlier… Just the evening guys and their novel egos to avoid!).

Clean and modern rooms, not that close though from airport as expected.. staff are not genuinely kind, you have the feeling they fake it. Location is a bit deserted far from services and main city. Room was very small, even smaller than the room in Bonn. Breakfast is below average, advantage is the different variety of milk types (which I never saw elsewhere).

Wonderful staff!! Abdulrahman at the front desk is exaptational, very attentive and very professional as well as the rest of the staff. It's my first time in Germany and they made me feel at home, if its possible they'll simply do it!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice and for that price? its a steal!

The shuttle bus is on time just ask the hotel where to take it from the airport, its a free ride every 30 minutes from the airport and 7 euros from the hotel to airport.

Wonderful stay, definitely will stay here again.

Super comfortable beds, clean and quiet and spacious enough rooms, surprisingly great bar! Very easy shuttle and check in.
