I stayed two nights here, having booked it sight unseen. I was relieved to find that this hotel was just as good a deal as I had hoped. My primary needs were a good affordability/cleanliness ratio and proximity to the main train station, as I would be traveling to and from there each day. Hotel Bliss delivered perfectly. Pros: Rooms were spotless, reasonably sized (with a nice TV, too - Bollywood movies are great to watch even if you don't understand the dubbed language), and easily accessible. The free breakfast in the morning was orders of magnitude better than what I could ever imagine seeing in a USA hotel chain - I did not miss garbage waffles when given access to German-style cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, fresh bread, and more. Is it fancy? No. But it's good quality. There are also a good amount of tasty-looking restaurants around, the Thai place up the block was very good. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the ones I have talked to speak perfect English and advised me on buying train tickets. The bathroom is pretty nice too! Cons: room temperature is controlled centrally, and I was really hot during the day. But Europeans generally are less inclined to be delicate flowers about the heat than folks from the US. The furnished lighting in the rooms is pretty poor if you care about that, but our room had decently large windows for daytime lighting. Other notes: It does not appear to be in a "tourist" neighborhood - the streets here are full of locals. I honestly had zero time to explore much from this home base so I can't speak about accessibility to whatever cool stuff is in Frankfurt.
