We are staying overnight in Frankfurt and wanted some
German food and found this delicious and charming restaurant. I have found in Germany or Austria so was happy to find this gem!
I ordered food to go and it was packed perfectly and stewing hot. Let me tell you, it is absolutely delicious! Huge portions of perfectly cooked and juicy pork knuckle, delicious potatoes and sauerkraut that had the best flavor. My daughter had the schnitzel and loved it too! Plus the staff were kind, professional and overall
We had the best meal of our two week trip in Central Europe. So glad we found this place and will definitely be Back next time we fly to frankfurt.
Plus—- it was incredibly affordable! Wow !

We picked this place due to the reviews. Very quiet when we got there; actually we were the only ones in the place other than the staff. The food was absolutely delicious with very large portions. The overall cost of our meals plus 4 beer was less than what it costs for just 4 beer back home. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location and price! I paid 5,80 euros for a meal. Beer was good as well! I would definitely come back. Place was also very cozy.

Service was…hmmmm… nothing special, but I guess this is just the German way of being…

The place was cozy and the service was good.
The portion of food is large.
Sosage was normal but the chicken with mashroom soyluse was very delicious. The slad was tasty too.

Wanted to try some traditional food while we were here. This little place was just down the road from our hotel
Food was okay the pork knuckle(schweinehaxe)was a little dry but the potatoes were spot on. My husband ordered the pork-veal schnitzel (jagerschnitzel) which he enjoyed.

The decorations is vibe????????
We ordered the jäger (mushroom sauce) style schnitzel, pork knuckle, and frankfurter sausage.
They are all really good!
The price is affordable.
My friend also ordered apple wine, and she said it is really nice as well.
But somehow seems like this whole diner is running only by one person.
So gotta be patient yall????????
Got wifi~

TripAdvisor reviews appear to drive business their way, as 6 tables all foreigners were what we encountered. Food was palatable but not great. Service was slow but friendly. Vegetables appeared to be frozen. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for a quality meal, but this is fine if you just need to eat.
