I am 35 years old, I came to the hospital with a hypertensive crisis. They took good care of me. Excellent human quality of nurses and doctors. The food was good, although scarce. I highlight the professional treatment. Educated and empathetic professional. They made me feel really good for the three days I was there. Thanks. Pharm Laura

Been here 3 times now as this is the emergency room closets to where I live. Terrible service, used gloves and cotton pad with previous patients blood on the floor. Waiting hours with drip needing to be changed when I got up the nurses where all next to the reception on their phones. When I told them someone ended blood is on the floor they said, oh we did not get to clean yet. Last time I was here the cleaning lady clean the room where I was in with just emptying the trash and moping the floor half heartedly with a very unsanitary looking old dirty mop, no product.

I’m general the staff seem very unsympathetic, cold and unmotivated each time I have been here.

If I did not have a medical emergency and this hospital was not 150m from my doorstep I would have gone somewhere else.

I can’t believe this terrible service and lack of hygiene exists in Germany!

All the hospital personnel provided us with an exceptional level of service. We truly appreciate the profesionalism and diligence of the Geburtshilfe Team who made the delivery of our baby a remarkable experience. Thanks again for all your help and patience!

Food and facility is really bad. Loud no air flow no air conditioning but windows need to be closed due to the highly frequented street outside if you plan to sleep at night. So if you can chose, don't go there.

Went there for delivery....the staff was super nice and supporting....very helping and efficient. ..the midwives and doctors everyone. .....highly recommended :)
