The good:
- Amazing breakfast buffet with tasty food and wide variety.
- Bed was comfy and the room has enough outlets to plug electronics.
- Everything was really clean and the staff was super friendly and spoke German and English.
- Shower is open to the bathroom, which is good for couples but not necessarily if you're traveling with friends or family.

The bad:
- Parking fee is 24€, which is a bit of an exaggeration. We were lucky to find free parking available on the street behind the hotel.

Following the chaos at the airport, what a treat to arrive at this hotel and chill in the steam room. Now relaxed, I tried the bar meals and had a surprisingly delicious vegan dish that was cooked in the middle of the bar. The room was great, nice design, clean, comfortable and I slept really well. Breakfast was plentiful with great options and check out wasn't until midday, so I had a lovely relaxing morning before heading off to explore Frankfurt, starting with the river which is a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn’t have the best time at this hotel.
The good sides:
1. The room is nicely organized especially liked the transparent shower in the middle of the room. It gives a sense of a bigger room.
2. The breakfast is nice and rice.
The bad sides:
1. The walls are so thin that you can hear every step your neighbors make to the point you can get a good time to rest.
2. The mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
3. The location is not the best and in the evening you are very Limited with eating options around the hotel.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the wonderful staff , the gentleman who checked me in was so welcoming and kind. This is the second time I've stayed there and I will stay there again in the future. I like the laid back atmosphere and cleanliness of the fully equipped rooms.

We had a skyline double king room on the 5th floor for three nights and a good time in this hotel.

We stayed in the hottest two days this year. The hotel's working air conditioner was a life saver! A piece of advice I would give to the housekeeping staff is, leave the curtains drawn when on hot days for the rooms facing south/west to avoid overheated rooms.

Room was clean and spacious. I liked the bed, my husband found it a bit too hard. There was nothing we could watch from the all German or German-dubbed TV. We had a quiet stay, probably because not many guests next door..

The service was good. Breakfast nice with plenty. The hours were long and staff work very efficiently. The only trick I had to learn about coffee was to not take cappuccino as the milk from the machine wasn't tasty. Took espresso and then added oat milk by self. Much better! Housekeeping on the first morning wasn't done much - could see hair uncleaned on the toilet room floor. But room was cleaned properly the next day. What we especially loved about the services is the complementary homemade ice tea at reception (tasty!), and free couple of cold soft drinks per day per person.

Location was okay for us. We had a laid-back schedule so getting to places with close-by trams or a bit walking distanced trains wasn't an issue. Definitely prefer this than the rundown central railway station.

All in all, a nice stay. Recommend.

A delightful stay. Excellent location, fair prices and friendly staff. The room was small but comfortable. Super close to walk to all the touristy spots.

Due to airline problems we had to stay over in Frankfurt. Happy to have chosen this great hotel. Location was super. The friendly staff and great room added to a wonderful experience! Highly recommended
