I signed up for the monthly class on Feb 23 2020. The classes are nice, and the instructors; they were very accommodating even though most of the instructions are in German. However, I had to fly back home on March 12,2020 due to COVID 19 and travel restrictions. I had asked the gym to cancel my membership via emails and a friend who is also a gym member, at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. They still charged my credit card. I spoke to the manager and was told that I will be refunded -- it has been 4 weeks since we spoke and no refunds yet. In addition, I had to cancel my credit card in order to avoid the charge for the upcoming fees.
