Not professional at all. You make a reservation then they simply say: We are sorry we didn’t have a table, because we didn’t see the reservation.

We just moved here and we were super excited to have the tapas bar nearby. But to our disappointment, the tapas weren't that great. Maybe we had bad luck and came on the wrong day. We received all our tapas very fast, around 5 min after ordering, meaning they are not very fresh. Patatas bravas were surely not fresh, a bit soaked in oil, and looked and tasted like they were sitting for a while, either the morning or the day before. Tortilla de patatas the same, was already dried and tasted on reused oil, definitely like its been there some time. Pimientos de padrón and croquetas were fine-ish, but tasted like the ones we buy frozen in supermarkets. For the price, we would expect better quality. The service was nice and friendly.

Best Paella ever had. My girlfriend did not like it very much but I did. Delicious.
