This hotel was at a super accessible location by car. :) Just to be clear, if you have LPG, they don't have parking for you because theirs is a closed one. However, there are plenty of parking places in the street behind the hotel, where it's safe and close so we were happy. Plus, you can stop temporarily in front of the hotel to drop off your luggage or when you check out. The service was professional, the rooms were modern, with enough space, clean. Also, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. Last but not least, the hotel was within a walking distance from the sightseeing options. I strongly recommend it.

I've stayed at the hotel cult for two nights. The first day was €54 and the second day was €64. They had a hot and a continental breakfast. It was huge. This hotel is a hidden little gem. They also have good wifi and AC and quiet clean rooms. If you want bang for your buck then this is it.

Actually not even worth one star. I booked a room 3-4 weeks before my planned stay. Two days before my arrival I was then explained in a short mail that the credit did not work and therefore the reservation was canceled.
This could not be reversed even by phone, since they were already fully booked and the room rates had more than doubled in the meantime and the error was not with the hotel.
Absolute impudence and horrible customer service.
Whatever did not work with the debit, to cancel two days before the stay is absolutely not cool at all.

the staff is very arrogant. They don't want to
cancel our order. they want to charge us 90%
of the order we paid. they are very rude! I
booked this hotel only because of the good
reviews, and I didn't even get to them because
of the problem we had. we ordered a hotel and
only after a few hours asked to cancel and they
refused.

Really nice hotel, close to train station. Staffs were really friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Only thing that was not pleasing is the breakfast, this is something that could be improved

Let’s start with the staff. They are really nice. Except for the cleaning lady outside our room who decided to vacuum the room next to us and the hallway in front of our room around 7:30 on a Saturday morning. I know, it’s not her fault, but the one who made her working schedule. Especially for a hotel where the friendly sir behind the front desk asked if the purpose of our stay was leisure or business you might expect a bit more.

The hotel is like a well-designed maze with rooms in every corner. Some might say it’s the charm of the hotel. The communal areas have IKEA (like) furniture and are spacious.

Our lovely room for 3 was on the 2nd floor: take the elevator, exit the elevator, go to the left, first hallway to the right, mind your step, cross the garden, mind your step again, at the end to the left, follow the porch, at the end around the tiny corner. The maze experience was complete! The beds are ok, pillows cannot be categorised as pillows and it’s noisy. The first morning we woke up early from the cleaner, the second and third morning we were awake around 7 because of our very noisy neighbours (with kids).

Besides the dusty hairdryer, a little bit of calcification in the sink, a bit more calcification on the rain shower, the lack of real curtains and coat hangers and not enough space for clothes of 3 people the room was really nice and the images on the website are correct.

The hotel has a parking garage. That’s really nice. Although parking here is only for those with above average driving skills it’s big enough for most German cars.

Breakfast is simple. Very simple. It’s bread, cheeses, meats and eggs. Oh, and yoghurt and fruit. Nothing to complain about, nothing to be really looking forward to either. Just have it. The coffee comes from a machine, but is nice.

The location is nice. Despite the fact it’s next to a busy road and close to the railway it’s also close to public transport. And Altstadt is only a really nice 25 minute waterside walk away.

I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a not too expensive hotel in Frankfurt, but please don’t expect a 4 star experience. Maybe 3 stars would fit the experience better.
