The staff here were nothing but smiles. The sushi itself was well prepared and fresh. All the dishes were delicious. The main draw back would be the price, and the portions. The price range for this restaurant is more targeted towards special gatherings more so than a casual dinner.

Great restaurant on the high-end side of the scales. The only reason not to give it a 5 star review is the "high end" pricing... Food and service was amazing. It was a bit of a challenge trying to find it as it has no signs that we could find, and you have to go thru another restaurant and get down some stairs... But it's worth the effort, but only for special occasions, or if you're on a company expense account...

As unfriendly as it can get. We were late for the table and the hostess just refused to give us a table inside even though half of the restaurant was empty. She made us sit at the bar and couldn’t care less if we stayed or not. We were craving Asian food so we started. Definitely not up to MOOK group standard service ! Prefer Mon Amie with the lovely crew and service

Almost 600€ for 4 person...
Ambiance ok, food and drink overpriced (it is just ok/normal, you can have easily the same things in other places with half price), some waiters are skillful, some are not professional. Michelin price but not Michelin level.
Not recommended.

10€ for a bottle of water is exorbitant expensive and not customer friendly.

We reserved a table for two over two weeks ahead. Unfortunately we received a table next to the passage of the kitchen. The meals were delicious, but not outstanding.

Zenzakan belongs to one of the top restaurant in Frankfurt. I personally like Ivory club better.

Disappointed dining experience - our waiter was arrogant and inattentive. The food was below average for the price. The side items were soso. Especially the wasabi fries. I think the place had better times… I actually liked to go there in the past, but it seems it has changed a lot and dropped in quality.
