Can't give it a higher rating. Home made cakes, each one more delicious then the last. Have tried at least 15 different cakes from here in the past as take out. Today I had a piece of cake and coffee in there dining facility. Super, friendly service and delicious like always.

Best cake in Frankfurt, end of story. They have a huge selection on the weekend, and the prices are half that of what you would pay in the snobby bakeries of westend. The rolls and pastries are top-notch too. They have a ton of regulars, and I'm one of them.

I might be biased but this is a great family bakery ;) We stopped in here to see if there was a family connection and the owner was super friendly and happy to talk to a fellow Ruppel. Breakfast was standard for Germany, but the cakes and pies were top notch!

Staffs are nice, but it was first time that gulash soup has whip cream.

Geiz-ist-geil-Tag heute wieder im Café Ruppel. So lecker die Torten auch sind, manchmal sind die Stücke fast nur halb so groß geschnitten wie üblich - ärgerlich und gibt dem Ganzen leider einen faden Beigeschmack!
