Frau Dr. Kroll sowie die die OP vorbereitende Ärztin und natürlich Prof. Dr. Hengerer, der die OPs innerhalb von Minuten erledigt hatte. Ich war total begeistert - auch von den Schwestern und dem Pfleger - und kann mich nur bedanken. Und auch - zumindest auf einem Auge - schon wieder wunderbar sehen. Und morgen sicher auch mit dem anderen. Es war so gut, dass ich es sofort wieder machen würde. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön.

Der Eingriff war schnell und verlief komplikationslos. Ich wurde sehr gut aufgeklärt (vor 2 Jahren war ich schon mal wegen der selben Erkrankung im gleichen Krankenhaus) und war wieder zufrieden. Es war organisiert und ich fühlte mich super aufgehoben. Am Auge operiert zu werden, stellt sich jeder bestimmt nicht so toll vor, aber mir wurde durch das Personal die Angst genommen. Die Ärzte sind Spitze. Ich kann die Klinik wirklich nur empfehlen. Tolle Arbeit. Danke.

Habe mindestens 40 mal innerhalb von 3 Tagen vergeblich versucht telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Entweder war ständig besetzt, oder es hob Niemand ab. Als wir persönlich vorbei gingen war das Personal extrem unhöflich und herablassend abweisend. Ein Türsteher vor einer Kneipe hat heutzutage ein besseres Benehmen! Diese Leute kennen keinen Respekt, keine Höflichkeit und keinen Anstand. Der reinste Horror, nie wieder.
Der Service am Empfang/an der Information ist unprofessionell auf niederem Niveau. Die Art der (unereichbaren) telefonischen Terminplanung ist ein absolutes "no go", selbst schwerfällige Institutionen wie die Rentenkasse lösen das seit Jahren hochprofessionell und unkompliziert.
Die flapsige Bemerkung "dann müssen sie es halt bei einer anderen Klinik probieren, Andere versuchen seit 2 Wochen telefonisch einen Termin zu erhalten..." sagt eigentlich alles...
Das Problem ist bekannt und keinen interessiert es.

Ich war wegen eines Abszesses am Auge (sowas bekommt man natürlich am Wochenende) in der "offenen Sprechstunde am Montag" früh dort und mir wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

Nach 45 Minuten wurde das Problem ambulant beseitigt, nach 2 Stunden war ich auf dem Heimweg.

Das gesamte Team von der Anmeldung über die OP und die Nachbetreuung war einfach großartig.

Meine Mutter ambulant mit extra Linsen für Astigmatismus auch bei Dr. Hengerer.
Beim ersten Mal vor 3Wochen war es ein Dienstag war hier die Hölle los... Um 13.30Uhr waren wir fertig und ich konnte meine Mutter mitnehmen.
Heute war es sehr ruhig und gegen 11.30Uhr war meine Mutter fertig.
Um 13.35Uhr verschwand das Krankenpersonal außer 2 Schülerinnen,
die Sekretärin vom Chefarzt auch. Den ganzen Vormittag ging ein Patient nach dem anderen in den Op rein und raus nur mein Vater nicht.
Erst war die Elektrik in einem Op Saal ausgefallen, dann gab es soooo vieeele Notfälle...
Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, dass man seit 8Uhr einen 80-igen Mann warten lässt. Meine Mutter 75-ig muss sich am Stuhl in der Wartehalle festhalten, weil sie ja kein Bett hat... und jetzt um 14.15Uhr sind alle in einer Besprechung.
Ich bin hier als Patientin mehr als 2x operiert worden und war immer begeistert.... das heute ist unzumutbar!
Ich dachte mein Vater sei hier stationär besser aufgehoben.
Nie wieder kann ich nur sagen
Man weiß nichts und zuckt nur mit den Achseln...
