Unfriendly staff, bad air in course room, Customer misleading Contract Cancellation Conditons:
- I was looking for a testweek before committing to any membership. It was not possible. I was offered a “flexible” sign up with “a month” cancellation, the so called “flexible” weekly subscription to "try it out" and being told that I can quit it with a months’ notice. However the Membership is sold per week, 4 times per month a deduction from the bank account, which does not make any sense for the customer, its just confusing if the membership can be quit anyway only with a 4 weeks’ notice. This aside, after I have concluded that I don’t like this studio, it was suddenly NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCIROPTION WITHIN 4 WEEKS. The lady at the counter did not even KNOW with which end date I will be stopped to get fee deductions ?!? It turned out that in REALITY they will end to deduct the weekly fees only after TWO MONTHS! And why? The argument was that I had started my “membership” (suddenly called a membership) in the mid of a month and “missed” the quit notice by 2 days in June, so I can quit only with the next end date of the following month in August. Where in the contract was this stated at all? That’s plain misinformation and interpretation of conditions at their own benefit and the opposite of professional or customer friendly policy. That’s plain lying at the start to make you sign what they call its not a contract.
- I have been interested to try out the courses, but unfortunately the course room was always not ventilated with fresh air and super hot. If you enter it after a class took place its unbearable und unhealthy condition, there is no window to the outside and no aircon. As it finally got very warm outside, it was impossible to particapte at any course. For this monthly Price of (17 Eur per Week x 4 u003d 68 Eur) an Aircon should be standard. After the course room got too impossible to breath I started using the front area, also too hot! There is only one “window” which is basically the entrance door. Fitness in a closed hall without fresh air and sunlight? Well I signed up in the winter after work so It did not occur to me only until later.
- Staff unfriendly and every time super busy when I had questions about courses and you feel you disturb them in something important behind their counter.
- Courses are subjective of course, but I signed up because they offered the “Barre” training, which I have done for years. Unfortunately it was not the real Barre, which I have realized and didn’t like it already after one time! so even more upsetting that I was not even offered a trial week, not even a trial day.
- Finally, no communityship of the ladies at Amiga. Coming from a Studio which is all about ladies Fitness wellbeing and health, I was very surprised that there is literally Zero communication between the ladies at this Studio. Sad.
CANT RECOMOMEND "AMIGA" AT ALL DUE TO THE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING OF CONTRACT ISSUES AND CUSTOMER CHEATING PRACTISE !!!! AN ABSOLTUE NO GO NOWADAYS WITH ALL THE COMPETITION.
