Diese Firma wurde scheinbar zum Glück inzwischen gekündigt, da einige dieser Pflegekräfte extrem negativ aufgefallen sind, wie z.B. gewalttätiges Verhalten gegenüber Patienten, Drohungen usw.. bis hin zum Diebstählen. Auch die bisherigen Heimleiter waren scheinbar heillos überfordert, aber nun wird es ja vielleicht besser wo die Kette verkauft wurde. Was allerdings eine absolute Frechheit ist, die aktuellen Besuchszeiten. Wie kann man bitte die Besuchszeiten so begrenzen, das man ab 15:00 Uhr nicht mehr rein kommt? Gerade am Wochenende haben Angehörige am ehesten Zeit einen Besuch einzuplanen und genau dann ist die Tür zu. Spricht man mit dem Empfang heißt es es wäre kein Problem auch erst um 16:00 Uhr den Empfang zu schließen, aber es wurde von der Leitung so entschieden. Echt traurig wenn man so gedankenlos handelt, mit Corona hat das ja dann auch wenig zu tun wenn man bei 2G+ bleibt und eh einen Testergebnis mitbringen kann.

Oft bei meiner Ankunft ging der Lifter mit dem man den Kunden aus dem Bett holen soll nicht, weil er kein Strom hatte, so dass der Bewohner den ganzen vormittag im Bett verbringen musste, was dann für Aufregung bei den Angehörigen sorgte . Als Mitarbeiter ist dieses Heim nicht zu empfehlen, da die Kollegen großenteils unfreundlich und genervt sind wenn etwas nicht gut läuft und man merkt, das sie den Pflegeberuf nicht gern ausüben. Gemeckert wird immer schnell, man darf aber das gute auch mal erwähnen. Meine Mutter war 4 Wochen im Alloheim, sie hat es dem Personal nicht einfach gemacht. Ich muss sagen ,das ich selten so geduldige Mitarbeiter gesehen habe. Wahrscheinlich wäre ich nicht immer so freundlich geblieben. Ich war begeistert von der Leitung und dem gesamten Personal. Wenn ich die Wahl hätte würde ich jederzeit wieder meine Mama in dieses Haus geben. Ich möchte mich bei allen Mitarbeitern für ihre Freundlichkeit und ihre Geduld bedanken.

Meine Mutter war als Kurzzeitpflegepatientin dort untergebracht, da es nach einem langen Krankenhausaufenthalt plötzlich schnell gehen musste und das der einzige freie Platz war.

Die komplette Station ist personell unterbesetzt und somit leidet die Qualität und alles andere.

Die Bewohner wurden zum Teil vom Pflegepersonal vor Besuchern angeschrien, die Abteilung hat dermaßen nach Urin gestunken, da der Fäkalraum immer offenstand, dass es eine echte Zumutung für Bewohner und Besucher darstellt.

Meine Mutter wurde wochenlang nicht geduscht, trotz Duschplan. Jede Woche das gleiche Theater, man musste das Pflegepersonal immer und immer wieder darauf ansprechen.

Das Essen war zum Teil richtig schlecht und oft wurde der Speiseplan nicht eingehalten oder Sachen die es geben sollten wurden einfach nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
Zudem waren die Rationen seeeeeehr gering.

Die Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Hausarzt war eine Katastrophe, ganz zu schwiegen von dem Hausarzt selbst, der einfach die angeordneten Untersuchungen des Krankenhauses verweigerte und schlichtweg nicht ausführte.

Jeder Mensch der dort untergebracht ist tut mir sehr leid. Jeder Mensch hat ein Recht auf menschenwürdige Pflege und Unterbingung und die wird dort ganz bestimmt nicht groß geschrieben.

Gottseidank haben wir für unsere Mutter eine andere Einrichtung gefunden.

Liebe liebe Pflegerinnen die leider wie Maschinen behandelt werden, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich auch wenn man ihnen den Stress anmerkt, was auch sehr schön ist es ist sehr kulturell super nette Pflegerinnen mir Kopftüchern. Das Haus ist total unterbesetzt und alles bleibt an dem armen Pflegepersonal kleben !!! Liebes Alloheim tun Sie endlich was dagegen !!!
