The usual - however fries are cold and stale. The chicken was luke warm (both probably leftovers from the lunch rush) but the lady was very friendly. Guess I can cross kfc off my list for good.

It clean, staff was helpful to me, non German speaking. The whole food court is clean and the chili fries are to die for

I like KFC but this branch manager/owner is not honest. I work near this area and whenever theres is an offer or voucher on kfc app they always denied to accept it. This is my 3rd time that they don't accept any coupon and reply they say our system doesn't accepts coupons this coupon is for any other branch. 2nd) The staff does not allow you to take tissues.

I am sorry KFC.

The fries are the worst I had. Chicken bucket was ok.

Why do I try? KFC in Germany is awful. This one in particular doesn't give offer napkins and sauce is extra.

Good service apart from that but the food is just so disappointing every time

Standard issued fast food joint with excellent location in the center of one of the busiest shopping mall in the city Frankfurt am Maine. The interior is nice and clean and the staff is very polite. The menu of this establishment is I believe the same as on any other location across the world and is a famous one. In case you need a quick bite this will be an excellent place go. In the interest of full disclosure I will state here that I have visited this place only once at the time when this review is written and the full exploration has not been completed. There is a possibility that the place has changed and that this review may not correctly reflect the current situation at the site. The best course of action would be to make a visit to the location, explore as much as possible and make your own judgment. In case I visit the same location again, at some future point in time, and my opinion changes drastically, as to require the new grade, then this review will most likely be updated as well in order to reflect that change but no promise are being made here.
