Spa is nice. Like other nice spas. The difference is the service. I came with interest in a membership. A friend of mine gave me a pass that was a free week trail. Unfortunately I was away working so I couldn’t do it. When I came to the desk the lady laughed and said no way this is over. That’s fine I understand I knew that before going but I was prepared to pay for a day ticket. She looked me up and down and said it’s a bit expensive (it was 36e) I was just wearing my workout clothes. I made it inside. It’s a nice spa. Didn’t feel very good being there though felt unwelcome and unworthy.

The place is clean and well maintained the staff so helpful and friendly price wise is so fare and good with all the facilities they got I think it’s a fare price for it.
They got gym , training classes and good instructors , saunas , wellness and spa , a very nice swimming pool and a nice terrace on top.
I only recommend to them to have there sign visible because I got a recommendation from a friend that’s the only way I knew them but it toke me a while to know how to get to there facility.

I am writing this while I am still sitting here. It was the first and the last time I came here. A guy just left his stuff on a couch for around an hour and me and my girlfriends decided to lay there cause there it was enough space for 3/4 people, when this guy came he said that he was there first but I ignored him cause that’s not how it works in a spa. We both paid and we both want to enjoy the place. The guy called some friends that work here and they kicked us away from the couch saying that if we don’t leave we get “ausverbot”. I am here to relax and not to make stress otherwise I would have waited the police to come and see what happens. One stars is even too much for this treatment.

Went to Meridian for a massage and it was outstandingly good (the therapist was Zhanshan Yang).
There was a small hiccup when I arrived (the therapist I initially booked called in sick). The staff was super friendly and helped resolve it quickly. Thanks again. ????

Really beautiful gym and spa, one of the best I have been to. Excellent service, especially from Leon on the front desk, enjoyed my time there very much

I have been a member for years and use this gym when I’m in Frankfurt. I truly hope they will get the hang of true customer appreciation and service soon. From my own experience I do know how difficult it is to find good employees with a professional attitude. But there is training for that. Please bring your know-how into your recent acquisition. The amenities and location have true potential. And maybe consider some sort of customer screening - possibly a small portion of your members are just not fitting the concept of clients you want to attract overall.
Still not the worst gym / spa I’ve been to. Could easily be better with a few little tweaks. Lots of potential.

I used to be a member in the past at Meridian Spa in Frankfurt.
I enjoyed the time having training in Meridian Spa in Frankfurt
but I tried to become a member again at David LIoyd Frankfurt.
It was a disaster from beginning confronting the unfriendly, aggressiv and incompetent staff at the reception not to help and solve issues instead escalating it to security and police which was absolutely not necessary and professional. This behavior does not mark a 4 Stars service.
I would rather go to a no Stars Gym with more friendly staff and better service than going to David LIoyd Club. The service and professionality are by far not comparing to former Meridian spa.This is to inform people not to get fooled by the name David LIoyd.
