I am beyond satisfied with my ring and the service I got from Liliya at 77Diamonds Frankfurt. She was extremely patient and worked with me throughout the whole online ordering process all the way until the ring arrived and eve afterwards. I was able to customize the ring and engraving online to get a preview of what it would look like. The diamond is everything I could have hoped and more, it also fit perfect. Their prices and quality are unbeatable.

Very Strongly recommended. The best quality diamond and service which is completely worth it. My fiancé is in love with the diamond they crafted for her.
Really really amazing experience. The entire team is sweet and responsive.
Personal recommendations with you over phone call makes it really smooth and a lot easier to decide when you are stuck there with 100 of different options available.
And they try to customize your ring as per your pocket budget too. I really loved the entire experience with them.

Quick email responses, personal phone calls. It never felt like I was dealing with a merchant from the day 01 itself.

In person experience is just amazing. It always felt special to us. The entire team is just awesome.

The first time I heard of 77D was on Instagram. Checking their website for designs and prices only made me more confident about them. After a lot of research, I decided to place the order for my ring. The process of selecting the Stone and the ring setting was very simple and can be done easily after some self research. The delivery time as mentioned by them from the beginning itself, felt a little long for me at the time. But the product had to be shipped to Germany from London. After receiving the product is when I truly realised the reason as to why it takes such a long time. The quality of the ring, the setting, everything is absolutely perfect. It clearly shows the amount of time they take to make sure each product is perfect when it reaches the client. In between, the live chat has always been helpful for me and queries were always answered. A special mention to make, Sarah Oscroft and Lola Palmhager from the sales team, were always in touch with me with good suggestions and also ensured timely delivery of my product.
Overall I'd say 77D is the Best place to go to if you want fair prices, good service, and a huge variety of options. I'm extremely happy with their service and look forward to ordering more from 77D. Great job team!

I definitely recommend the company to those who are looking for an engagement or wedding ring. My fiance and I are very pleased with our experience we made with 77 Diamonds. As the company does not have big stores with many employees, the prices for their products are more attractive compared to their competitors. The engagement ring that we ordered came in a beautifully designed package and, interestingly, looks even better than in the website! Furthermore, 77 diamonds have some very stylish models of rings that we did not see in any other store.

A special credit and thanks goes to our consultant Kristina who is not only a very pleasant person, but foremost a knowledgeable professional, who gave us valuable advises around the topic of diamonds, rings and modern trends in this area that helped us choose the rings we really like!

All in all, the positive experience we made with the engagement ring convinced us to order our wedding rings here too.
