The worst experience in my live.
It doesn't even deserve one star.
I reserved a room through a website and I called the hotel twice to make sure I have a room.
However when I arrived at the hotel, the manager of the place didn't have a room for me.
I had to argue to have a room that in reality was already reserved or another person
Moreover I had to pay the same price for a single person room as a two person room.
The organization is really bad. I highly recommend to pay a little bit more. Rather than go to this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean with clean washrooms but heater wasnot good it was cold whole night . Also when I got stuck in lift I pressed bell but no one arrived. Anyhow I managed to get out. Please look after service . In restaurant food was good.

Everything is ok with this hotel. A little weird, seems like an office building instead of a hotel and the room was office-like. All and all it was fine.

Made a reservation and paid but still got sent away because they overbooked their own hotel and didnt have a room available, got sent away with some cash money to find another hotel where i had to pay out of my own pocket for transportation

Won't call it a luxury hotel per se, but more alike an ibis budget! So, if you wish for a cheap room to crash for the night with an excellent location, then Willy Hotel fits your profile ????

Was there, done that...never again.
The conditions are horrible. I had to change a hotel in the middle of my stay just because my room was unpleasantly filthy. The bathroom, worse then a public one at a Rail station in a third world country.

I am a really humble person, but that was too much...even for me! I would've preferred not giving a star at all at my review but the rules here won't let me!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Hands down the most disgusting run down hotel room I've ever seen. We checked in and paid for a three night stay, but we decided it was far to gross to go through with it. Their was black mold on the wall by the shower ( the man working said it was not a concern because it was dry
... ) , the room stunk , every piece of furniture was stained, the walls all filthy, and the shower barely turned on it was so clogged. They refused to refund us when we said we could not stay there. Then the man yelled at me and my husband in our room which was VERY uncomfortable, so we left without a refund. I am amazed a place of this squalor can even be open still.
