My third dealing with Chronext. I bought two watches from them; and sold one of my own. The watches that I bought were reasonably priced. Likewise, I received a fair offer for the timepiece that I sold. The online dealing was efficient, the staff were professional, and the size of the lounge was adequate for private discussion and transaction—overall good experience.

Picked up my watch from the Chronext lounge today in Frankfurt. I must say the overall experience was highly satisfying. The Customer Service Advisor was highly knowledgable and professional.

Fantastic service and very Professional!

As I live in Frankfurt am Main, I was going to travel to Köln to see the watch if I like.
(As it is a big purchase, I personally wanted to see the watch in person before the payment.)

They arranged my appointment very smoothly with a good care, and got me the information about new Chronext office in Frankfurt. So I didn't have to travel to Köln, they shipped the watch very quickly and I was able to see and buy the watch just in a couple of days since I made the phone call for the first time. How great!

The manager Sarah Rother welcomed, helped me very well with the all questions I had and also the watch and the all information about watch in general.

I would definitely come back when I plan to collect another watch and also recommend my friends!

Spectacular service from the first contact on their website and email correspondence through to the personal pick up experience in their offices in Frankfurt. The watches aren’t that bad either :)
