Didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were mostly at Spiel Essen. Rooms were clean, neat and good quality, with good showers. Hotel was very quiet. When we asked to hold onto our many bags of boardgames it was no problem.

We were considering playing boardgames in the lobby, but the atmosphere and music weren't very good for it and that seemed to have a concensus, as we didn't see anyone else playing here.

To Messe Essen there's an easy bus, and there's one to the station as well. Only late at night there isn't any direct public transit back from the center.

Personel of this hotel is very kind and available to help you. I arrived at restaurant after closure and they gave me a salad in any case. I appreciated a lot. Said this, i didn't like the hotel so much. Position is totally out from center and you cannot reach any interesting point by feet. Room was not so clean and the moquette was dirty and full of stains.

Unfortunately low quality located quite outside the city center for a high price. Unstable internet connection, no TV on top of everything else. Lobby was nice though!

We had our wedding reception at Weber's and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was outstanding, the food was phenomenal, and Amber, Tina, and their teams did everything necessary to make the process stress free. My guest raved over the food and dining experience. We stayed at the hotel two days to follow and indulged in their infamous brunch and room service. The hotel is extremely clean and recently renovated. Whether to host an event or to have brunch/lunch/dinner with a loved one, you have to check this place out. We also had our wedding cake (gluten free) made by Weber's and it was the BEST I have ever had. Thank you so much Amber, Tina, our staff, and Weber's! We love you.

Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and cosy, nice staff and very helpfull (with info), simple but oké breakfast in the morning also good located (with the car - google maps you can easily come). We had a great stay! Definitely recommending!

Great room, but terrible service, had to take the lift to 12 floor twice to check the key. Employee refused to come up to check in case the magnetic card doesn't work again.

Comfortable room. Upon arrival I was surprised to find a new pair of earplugs next to the bed. This gesture made sense when I tried to sleep, the sound isolation of the hotel appears to be terrible. Earplugs are a cheap approach for a major problem:one hears ongoing outside noise (traffic etc). Because of this and in spite of the earplugs, I woke up all the time during both nights I stayed here. Dear hotel, invest in proper sound isolation of your rooms instead of handing out cheap earplugs.
