Hello,
I had a wedding reception in their saloon in August 2021. The food was good. They helped with the flowers and were helpful when you ask them, but what I experienced on my wedding is as follows:

Not very well organaized service regarding charging tables of the guests (since my brother needed to tell them what they should do, otherwise they would only stand there and watch and smile).

I discussed and planned everything with the boss but on that day there was another responsible person, so he did not do it the way it was planned.

Examples:

* At the end of my wedding, although we agreed that we can stay there longer than 11pm, they changed their words and the personnel was cleaning the saloon at 11.15pm and forced my guests to go...

* I asked them for a red carpet, but they forgot!

Furthermore, they forced me to go to their office (in another part of the city) at 2am after the wedding to get the receipt of my payment since they couldn't give me a proper one at the saloon! The boss was also sad for what the personnel did to me.

In general, although we had a great time with the family and friends there, the last 1 hour was a mess because the personnel wanted to go to sleep and could not wait till all guests were gone! The personnel started cleaning before everyone had left...

That's why I can't give more than 2 stars. Since the did not finish it well to make a great memory for us at their saloon!

I can't really recommend them to anyone.
